My boyfriend and I are desperately seeking a room for rent or whatever you may have. We have a 1 year old son. My boyfriend works 7 days a week as of now while I stay home with our son. Currently looking for childcare so I can also get back into the workforce again. We need to be out of the place we’re in by November 1st. So we’re getting down to crunch time. Just need a temporary spot until we can figure out other options. We are clean, quiet & respectful. Keep to ourselves but can also be social. My boyfriend is a chef so you’d have a live in chef! Lol. He loves cooking for people, so definitely a perk! I love helping out around the house when and where I can. Vacuuming, cleaning, etc. Anything to pitch in! I also love baking & sharing my treats if that’s something you’d love!
We do not have a car at the moment, so we utilize public transportation or Lyft. So no need in having a place to park a vehicle either!
Like I said, this will be temporary until we can find a more permanent solution.

Also, we do have an eviction on our record that is making it difficult to find a spot. It was due to bad misinformation on the property managers part who unfortunately happened to be my friend at the time. We got the raw end of the deal… But I can explain that situation more in depth if this sounds like a good fit. We would just need someone willing to work with us for a little bit!
