Looking for a housing situation — whether it be a tiny home, trailer, or basement, etc. — where I can live and work to offset the rent. I am willing to run errands, do basic home maintenance, lawn care, shoveling, dog walking, house cleaning, and/or coordinate maintenance to be done. I supported a landlord with running her rental for two years. I’m looking to pay around $800 for my own space. I’m looking for a space that is self-sustaining.
I have experience in lawn care, snow removal and salting, Airbnb cleaning, childcare, dog and cat care, personal shuttling, home organization, and construction (drywall hanging, taping and repair, painting, carpet install, floor tile, framing, exterior painting, and basic repairs.)
I am a clean adult with references and verifiable income. No pets and not a partier although I do like hosting dinners.
