Couple Looking for Affordable Housing – Tacoma/Puyallup Area
Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for a clean, safe, and affordable place to call home with our 1 year old. We’re open to a room, studio, ADU, apartment, sublet, or other private rental situation. We do have 1 cat. But no other animals.
We’re hoping to stay around $1100/month or less and are looking for something available by November 1st. We understand that traditional apartment approval can be difficult, so we’re especially interested in private landlords, sublets, temporary housing, room rentals, or flexible arrangements.
We are responsible, respectful, and quiet, and we’re looking for a stable place where we can stay and take care of the property as our own. We do not have great credit as we are trying to rebuild at the moment. Looking to move in by the end of October, beginning of November.
Looking in: Tacoma, Puyallup, South Hill, Lakewood, Spanaway, Parkland, or nearby areas.
