I am in an emergent situation with kids involved. I know there will be a slim chance I can find anything or recieve a response but it has to be worth a shot.
Looking for a place to call home . I do have 3 children. Looking to find somewhere that someone owns and isn't using or that needs fixed up. I have references and I am skilled in remodeling and renovations. Looking for a place that I can live in and hell the owner by fixing up the property , then after it's fixed discussing rent / payment.
I am running out of time .
