Gentleman is interested in sharing a walk in place with another easy going gentleman .
I don't smoke or drink and looking for similar . I use an E-bike and would like to wheel it
inside with few stairs . Or some sort of storage . So I am looking for a basement suite perhaps .
I would like to rent in North Van as I have a son living there .
