I'm looking for a garage apartment garage apartment/efficiency one room with privacy in the McKinney, Texas. Area that's actually reasonably priced (during summer months I want to find it at around 500) otherwise - I want to find it between 200 to 350 per month. I want to get it as reasonable as possible without having to beg and borrow and fuck around, steal.
Me:
nice person / I don't bother no one
I have one very calm dog / no barking
