In search of a live in female roommate (No Males!) to share a large one bedroom Apt! I just moved into a beautiful, smoke free large one bedroom apartment. All of the appliances and granite countertops are brand new. Freshly painted and renovated. The apartment has beautiful laminate floors, and the bathroom has been remodeled. There is plenty of space for two people. I am looking to share this large one bedroom apt with an open-minded female who is a nonsmoker, conservative, warm and easy going. This would be a strictly platonic and financial arrangement; with the goal of reducing living expenses. I am not looking for a female to bring over her boyfriend every night. Sorry, but I just live a very quiet and drama free lifestyle. There is a laundry room and small storage area in the building. Little bit about me, I am a non smoker, considerate, down to earth and I keep to myself most of the time.
