Hi! My name is Lilly 😊 I’m looking for someone in the Las Vegas area willing to give me an opportunity to get my foot in the door in the electrical/construction trades. My ultimate goal is to become an electrician and get into a union apprenticeship, so right now I’m trying to get as much legitimate hands-on experience as I can while I work toward that.
I’m open to electrician apprentice positions, electrical helper work, construction helper positions, traffic electrical/signal work, low voltage, solar, commercial or industrial electrical, maintenance, elevator/escalator work, or honestly anything where I can learn relevant skills and build real experience. Union or union-track opportunities would be AMAZING, but I’m absolutely willing to start at the bottom with a contractor or company and work my way up. 🛠️
I already have my OSHA 10 Construction certification and forklift certification, reliable transportation 🚗, and my diploma/transcripts available. I’ve also been actively studying trade math, electrical concepts, mechanical reasoning, tools, gears, and other material to prepare myself for apprenticeship aptitude tests. 📚 I’m taking this seriously and actually want to make a career out of it.
I know I’m new to the trade, so I’m not pretending to know things I don’t 😂 I’m looking for someone willing to teach me. I’m happy to carry material, clean up, organize tools, dig, pull wire, help experienced workers, work outside, wake up early, and do the beginner stuff while I learn. I take direction well, I’m willing to work hard, and I’m not afraid to ask questions when I don’t know something. 🔧⚡
If you’re a contractor, electrician, construction company, union contractor, or just know somebody looking for a reliable beginner/helper, please message me! Even if you don’t have a position yourself but know somewhere I should apply, I’d seriously appreciate the lead. 🙏😊
