Looking for a reasonable monthly rent for a studio or efficiency apartment. Another option is a room in exchange for help around the house. I’m a reliable, friendly, quiet woman and can offer Cleaning: regular housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, organizing Gardening: weeding, planting, watering, and general yard upkeep Pet sitting: feeding, walking, and caring for dogs, cats, and other pets, including while you travel I can pet sit.
