Looking for a Home – Owner Financing, Contract for Deed, or Seller Financing
Hello,
I'm looking for a home in Winona or within about 10–15 minutes of Winona, Minnesota. I would also consider nearby Wisconsin communities. (Trempealeau county area.)
I receive Social Security Disability (SSDI), which provides me with a stable monthly income. I'm not looking for a handout—I'm looking for someone willing to work with an honest, dependable buyer through owner financing, a contract for deed, or seller financing.
I'm interested in:
- Fixer-uppers
- Estate properties
- Older homes
- Homes that may have been on the market for a while
My budget is modest, and I don't mind putting in some work to make a house a home.
