I am going through one of the most frustrating real estate transactions I have ever gone through and I have been in the business for 50 years. I presented an offer to Tyler Miranda the sellers agent of 211 Main St. in Red Bluff. From the begining the seller dragged his feet and the agent followed. Over 30 days passed without a firm contract. The representation that a private party would finance it did not happen and after inspection a considerable amount of work was needed. I cancelled the contract and requested a return of my $2000 deposit in writing. After 8 days I emailed Miranda and his reply was I did not specify a time limit for return of the deposit. Then he stated the seller was out of town and cannot be reached. Very unprofessional. With cell phones everyone can be reached. There is lots more that I won't go into, just be careful. In my opinion, Tyler MirandaRemax is one of the most unprofessional, conceited and arrogant individuals I have had the misfortune to deal with. Never again. I will never show a listing of his and will never accept an offer from him.
