I'm a 31F healthcare professional, have lived in the city my whole life. Have worked at a hospital downtown for over 5 years. Only looking at the westside, under $1000, a bit higher if utilities included.
My credit is average, Recently got out of a bad relationship that made my rental history a bit rocky. But my take home pay is around $4200/month.
I'm Living with parents now to rebuild my finances and find a good living situation.
Looking to move somewhere around the beginning of 2027.
