Seeking Private Landlord — Pittsburgh/Allegheny County
I’m a working mother of four looking for a private landlord who is willing to consider my situation and give my family a chance.
I do have a recent eviction on my rental history, which occurred while I was leaving a domestic violence situation. I’m now employed with consistent income and am working with a rapid rehousing program that can assist with move-in costs. I also have assistance available for my security deposit and first month’s rent.
I’m looking for a safe, stable home where I can rebuild and provide a permanent place for my children. I’m responsible, respectful, and willing to provide documentation and discuss my situation privately.
Ideally looking for a 3-bedroom home in Pittsburgh or surrounding Allegheny County, but I’m open to options.
