I will only respond to proven licensed brokers or property managers/owners.
Hi I'm looking for a licensed Real Estate broker to help get me an apartment in Ridgewood or Brushwick, I am open to downtown Brooklyn and Bedstuy as well. Do not contact me with anything outside my preference to save your time as well as mine. I am primarily looking for a 1 bedroom or studio and it would only be me a hard working busy middle aged male no wife or children.
I also have a voucher that fully covers the rent and would like to use it so the broker needs to be aware of that before hand. My Budget for a one bedroom or a Studio is under 3k. I work full time and my credit is in the 600s.
I'm ready to view apartments asap and get the process started. Reach out to me and I will forward my contact info or if you have any questions. I respond promptly and professionally as o do not want to waste anyone's time as well are all busy.
