I am looking for a 3 Br Apartment for my sister, my two kids and I. Currently I can afford up to 1,100 or so a month for rent, and my sister is looking for a new job so I don't know her income yet so there is room for more.
My current situation is that my landlord is not paying the water bill and fixing the ceiling and leaks so I am pretty sure this is illegal. We have talk to him about breaking the lease and he has agreed to let us leave before the agreed term is up. My sister and I have a low credit score so we are willing to pay more for the security deposit to compensate for that.
I am interested in places in Wheeling WV, Steubenville OH, Washington PA, or Pittsburgh PA. I may be open to further out but I am primarily looking west near Castle Shannon, PA.
