I like a quiet area. No smoking and no partying. No drama. Gaming is fine. I love to game. Clean quiet. I am 30 female and looking for an all female place to live. I do not want to live with any males. I have my own car so parking is a must. I will have a service dog soon. So a dog area is a must. I am going back to college doing Uber and doordash from time to time. My bed is a queen so it would have to fit the room along with my books desk and TV. No dresser. I just use a closest.
