Even though I have no professional experience in that exact role, I have extensive experience in gastronomy: from front of house to cook to managing two restaurants. This gives me plenty of experience knowing how to move around and behave in a professional kitchen.
It is a huge passion of mine. I bake and practice different techniques at home.
For the past few years, I’ve been working in an office environment, only to realize that baking is my true passion and that I want to follow this path with all my heart. I am a fast learner, I always bring a positive attitude, and I am eager to work alongside your team to deliver the best results. I am aware that home baking and working in a bakery are two different worlds but I am ready for that change and challenge.
