Hello I’m looking for or an apartment or house for rent. I recently sold my property and have good amount of money saved. I am in between jobs so I don’t have proof of income yet but plan to apply for jobs as soon as I find a place to stay. I haven’t started applying for jobs yet because if I can’t find a place to stay I plan to move states away from here. I will only rent a room if there are no dogs in the household as my cat is terrified of dogs and price is decent but finding my own place is preferred . I have one orange female cat that is 12 and fixed. I do not smoke, have my own reliable vehicle, have no felonies and good driving record. I can pay a few months in advance if needed.
