Hi, I’m a responsible, working professional currently living in Florida and planning to relocate back to the New York/New Jersey area for work in Manhattan. I’m looking to move in mid-November.
I’ll be working full-time with the opportunity for overtime, so I’m looking to establish a stable living situation close enough to commute to the city. I’m hoping to find an affordable private room in a clean, safe, and respectful household. I’m open to different areas within a reasonable commuting distance of Manhattan.
Ideally, I’m looking for a room with weekly rent, reasonable move-in costs, and no unnecessary complications. I’m looking for a place where I can pay rent reliably, work hard, and keep to myself while being respectful of the home and the people living there.
I’m serious about making the move and finding the right place. If you have a room available or know of something that might be a good fit, please reach out with the location, weekly or monthly rent, deposit requirements, and any other move-in costs.
