Hi I'm a young 25 year old African American women looking for an affordable 1 bedroom apartment.
I'm open to private renters to reach out.
I would be able to handle 1,500$ in rent since I work a low income job but that doesn't meant I would be late to paying rent.
It's my first time renting and I'm in a bad situation where I desperately wish to move out of where I'm stuck in despite my low income.
If anyone is willing to rent to me I'd much appreciate it.
Please be a legitimate renter and not a scammer , I'm really looking to move out.
I don't have any pets and I only have so few items.
I can provide proof of income and ID. The only thing I lack is the credit score because I don't have one but I'm more than willing to just pay cash straight up. That's my best offer.
