Hi there we are looking for a house that has four or more bedrooms. Our max rental budget is $2500-$3000. We are ideally looking to rent from a private landlord because we have young adults with us that have no credit they will not pass any sort of credit screening. We are ideally looking to get ready to move by January and be out by the 5th in Febuary. Our situation comes from the fires our landlords family lost their house so they need this house. They graciously gave us until Febuary to make arrangements. We take care of our dwellings and the yards. We have one small female cat that uses the littler box and does not spray. Aside from that we have two reptiles that are caged. If you have anything of this size opening up around this time in that rental bracket we would be happy to talk to you.
