I am a single mom with three kids and an ESA Cat. We are looking for an apartment with 2 or more bedrooms for less than $1300/month if possible.
I had the baby last November and am self-employed the circumstances surrounding his birth dropped my credit score from above 700 to the 500s. I have found stable child care and am going into my budier part of the year with my business and am on track to make more than I did last year. I am currently on a verbal lease, and the owner has asked me to move out by September 30th.
If a 3 or more bedroom I have another adult willing to share the space with me and would be able to afford more.
I have references and good references from before my verbal lease. No criminal history.
