, I am recently disabled with guaranteed income good credit, clean bci, no pets, no smoking. Also my 16 year old daughter , she’s an amazing kid and quiet student. I do not make 3xs the rent but have savings and am responsible and willing to pay a few months ahead on my rent. Just looking for a decent space to live.Don’t care if it’s noisy or even an undesirable neighborhood.
