Hi, my name is Dre. I just moved into a one bedroom apartment with a section 8 voucher. I have only been living here for 3 months, and I found out yesterday that they sold the building and I have only a month to move out. I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment or a studio apartment. I am in such desperate need that. I'm so afraid I'm gonna have to end up living in the woods or on the streets. I'm so afraid and I love my apartment. I've been living in the same building since 2012. I finally i got a one bedroom apartment on the first floor same address In june 2026
I signed my lease in September. Then the housing director came on Friday. And said, you have a month to move out and vacate. The premises the house is being sold. And I have to vacate immediately by November 30th please God, please help me.I am so desperate.I am a great tenant like I said. I've been living at my address since july of 2012. I have excellent references. I pay my rent over the amount because I pay my bills and pay more. Even though I don't have to I do it anyway. Because paying your bills on time is extremely important to me. You never know if an emergency comes up. So that's why I overpay on my rent and bills each month and it lets me know how much I have to put into savings and what I have to spend for the rest of the month. I'm responsible, quiet and I am just asking anyone to please give me a chance. The areas I'm looking into are West Warwick. Warwick Cranston, coventry East Greenwich, Providence. Please please please contact me as soon as you can.If there's something out there for me , My section 8 voucher covers 1,500 a month i pay for my electricity.The heat is included but if its not included ill make it work. I am so desperate. I'm looking for anything that's a one bedroom or a studio apartment and in a safe area. I'm showing the photos of my apartment. I just moved into 3 months ago. I have OCD which means that the house has to be super tidy. Super clean at all times. Every year, housing comes to inspect our apartments and ever since I moved to the same address in july of 2012 my inspection paperwork says that my apartment is top-notch in regards to how clean and tidy and respectful of the apartment i'm living in. That is why I'm showing any landlord the photos of my place that I am now losing i just want the landlord to see what kind of tenant I am and the way that I live. Like I said, my landlord will give me an excellent Reference, because I pay my bills on time. I pay my rent on time and take pride in the place that I'm living in. I'm hoping for a chance that someone will take a chance on me and give me a place to live. You will not regret it.
