- One owner, purchased new $66,000. Used as a mobile office.
- The toy hauler garage has NEVER had a toy in the cargo bay. The rear ramp has never been used.
- Very low hours on Onan QG 5500 EVAP generator. Around 30 gallon generator fuel tank which also serves as the fuel supply for the exterior garage gasoline nozzle. Tank/generator has ONLY had non-ethanol gas.
- Retractable awning damaged on a windy day. All brackets have been removed and discarded. The screw holes have been filled with clear silicone.
- The exterior decals have all been removed initially for exterior vinyl wrap. You can still see slightly where old decals were located.
- The travel trailer was purchased new with wrinkles in the roof liner. RV dealership replaced entire new roof liner in the winter 2025 ($11,000).
- Front fiberglass has a very slight small 4"x4" damage which does not effect structure.
- The interior and exterior windows both have limo tint to keep the inside cooler in the summer and for increased privacy (cost $900).
- The one slide has never failed, but at times it requires a few attempts to completely close the kitchen area.
- Interior tables with glass tops.
- Included 60 foot 50 AMP power cord; allows MUCH more freedom in parking location (purchased price $1000).
- Included new upgraded mattress (cost $800).
- One of the two roof air conditioners was replaced in the Fall 2025 (cost $1700).
The very large leather sofa I am planning to remove at time of sale, NOT included in the above sale price.
