ITEM 1: Hillsborough Dining Table & 4 Shaker-Style Side Chairs ($975 if bought alone)
Table is 47" W x 78"L (seats 4). Includes two 16-inch extension leaves for 110" L (seats 6-8).
Finish is "030 Declaration Americana," a warm, golden honey wood finish.
Condition is very good. Sturdy and heavy tabletop has normal wear from family meals.
There are two light scratches.
Note on Chairs: The chairs will need new webbing (canvas strapping or rush seating).
Priced low accordingly - perfect DIY project!
ITEM 2: Shaker Coffee Table with Drawer ($150 if bought alone)
Table is 46"L x 22" W x 17.5" H
Finish is "030 Declaration Americana"
Features a smooth-sliding center storage drawer with original hardware.
Condition is very good. Solid and structurally perfect.
Note: There is a cosmetic water stain along one of the short sides of the tabletop.
It is a great candidate for a quick sanding/refinishing touch-up, or it can be covered
with a runner. Priced low to reflect this!

Delivery: Local pickup only. You will need a truck/van and a friend to help load, as these are heavy, high-quality solid wood pieces. (Dining table legs can be removed for transport).
