Hello All, am trying to relocate to 34231, my only daughter n my 2 Grandsons are down there n I have no family left alive in Philadelphia PA, so at 67 years old, I'm going to be moving there permanently so I can be near my Grandchildren n my Daughter, n my ex wife, all of whom reside in Sarasota.
I've served 13 years on PA Megan's Law for a Crime that I did not commit because the woman was 53 years old, NOT A CHILD but I'm being told that Florida doesn't care if it was a Child or Not, they still put anyone convicted of a Sexual Offense on their Megan's Law for 25 years. To be honest, I don't think I will live another 25 years, so it doesn't matter to me; that I want to be near the only family I have left. 2 years n I will become a free man in PA, coming off of Megan's Law n then I will be petitioning the Courts to release me from Florida's M.L.
This is the truth of my case n I'm looking for a R4R in Sarasota BUT I am collecting SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY @ Only $1308/mo so I'm not going to pay $900/mo for a Room 4 Rent, I'd only have $308 left for the month n I'm not doing that, can't afford it.
