Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance for Studio Rental Company (Queens/Brooklyn)
compensation:
$20 per hour

Your shifts start around 9 pm and can last until 1 am, depending on the amount of work (can be different every shift)
Main duties include:
* Preparing and resetting studio spaces for clients for the next day
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization in studios, bathrooms, and common areas
* Facilities and equipment upkeep
* Assisting with moving supplies and basic maintenance tasks
* This position requires travel between our locations during a shift
Qualifications:
* Ability to work efficiently and independently
* Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and organized
* Reliable transportation or ability to commute between locations during yout shift
* Local candidates preferred (especially those near or between Brooklyn and Queens)
* Team player with a flexible schedule (weekend availability is a must; we don't hire if a candidate can't work Friday through Sunday)
* Able to lift, bend, carry, reach, and squat as needed
* Be able to follow instructions and accept feedback
