We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Lompoc, CA.
Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Lompoc, CA
Duties include:
General property maintenance and repairs
Interior/exterior painting and touch-ups
Replacing light fixtures, bulbs, and other basic electrical items
Minor plumbing and handyman-type repairs
Cleaning and property upkeep
Groundskeeping and exterior maintenance
General preventive maintenance
Other property maintenance duties as needed
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently. Previous property, apartment, hotel, or building maintenance experience is preferred.
