To schedule an appointment for a property showing, all prospective renters must first submit a completed rental application.
Applicant requirements include:
Household income must be at least three times the listed monthly rent.
No collections, evictions, or bankruptcies.
Renters insurance is required upon lease signing.
Applications must be fully completed before a property may be viewed. Prospective renters may apply through our website or complete a paper application available at our office.
Each applicant must also provide a copy of a credit report dated within the last 30 days from Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion.
Once approved, your application may be used for any home for which you qualify for up to three months.
