Location: North Jersey
Pay: $1,400–$2,000 per week, based on experience and qualifications
We are a used-car dealership looking for a highly experienced automotive technician who can accurately diagnose and repair vehicles purchased from auctions.
Requirements:
* Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with engine and transmission problems
* Ability to diagnose electrical issues, no-start conditions, misfires, and check-engine lights
* Experience with engine replacements, timing chains, head gaskets, and major mechanical repairs
* Must be able to identify the actual problem before replacing parts
* Must have own tools
* Must work independently and efficiently
We work on various makes and models, including Ford, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Toyota, BMW, and more.
This position is for an experienced technician, not a beginner or parts changer.
