Belco Cabinets Inc. is seeking a reliable Cabinet Shop Helper to support daily production operations in our Lodi shop. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with cabinet assembly, sanding, and preparation
Load/unload materials and maintain shop organization
Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment
Support lead carpenters and shop staff as needed
Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with shop standards
Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Willingness to learn cabinet‑making processes
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Compensation
Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Entry Level hourly pay TBD
