Gentleman Seeking Quaint Rustic Country Cabin asap
Perhaps there is still such a thing as an old-fashioned arrangement between good people.
A single gentleman, quiet and dependable, is seeking a quaint, peaceful cabin or small country property for the fall through spring +
Remote country is not a drawback… it is rather the attraction.
In exchange for reasonable lodging, I would be glad to contribute house and property maintenance, general repairs, upkeep, chores, ranch-hand assistance, and dependable care of the place to help offset expenses.
I have a 4x4, am a non-smoker and non-drinker, have no pets, no drama to drag and am accustomed to keeping my own counsel. I am studying law, write music, enjoy baking, books, cowboy coffee good conversation and the simple pleasures of country life. I have a particular fondness for horses sheep wool and learning….and would be quite happy with honorable work in exchange for a quiet place to call home for the season.
I value privacy, honesty, cleanliness and leaving a place better cared for than I found it.
if there happens to be a nearby hot mineral spring, well… a gentleman can hardly be expected to turn down a proper soak after a day's work. Perhaps we could go together sometime!
