REAL ESTATE RELATED WORK, OFFICE, DONATION AND PREPING HOUSE FOR SALE,
Office work includes listing multiple “For Sale by Owner” adds and responding to buyers. Computer skills must include ability to attach photos and documents in adds and responses to buyers.
Donation work includes taking numbered photos of household items and transferring photos to word documents (20 / page) and numbered description to an excel spreadsheet. It also includes boxing Items for Owner/Contractor “Darnell Does It all LLC”, who takes them to Goodwill. Lions Club also comes to the house to pick up Donations, simply take numbered photos of chosen items before they box them. Current market value is determined by finding similar items on E bay, Facebook, Nextdoor, and IRS estimating guides. Items not suited for donation need to be loaded in dump trailer parked in front of the garage door.
All work is on site 205 Harpers Ferry Dr. Locust Grove VA 22508 in Lake of the Woods, a gated community.
