My name is Jason, and I'm looking for a local property owner, landlord, or property manager who could use a reliable extra set of hands.
I'm currently working part-time in sales and have a flexible schedule. I'm interested in helping someone with the day-to-day oversight of a property, particularly a property that may need someone nearby to keep an eye on things.
I can help with:
• Regular property checks
• Making sure the property is clean and presentable
• Identifying potential safety hazards or maintenance issues
• Meeting contractors or service providers
• Checking vacant units
• Light cleaning and general upkeep
• Taking photos and reporting issues to the owner
• Basic technology/computer assistance
• Being an extra set of eyes and ears for the property
I'm especially interested in properties in or around Downtown Rochester, but I'm willing to consider nearby areas.
What I'm looking for:
Ideally, I'm looking for an arrangement where I could have access to a bathroom/shower on the property, either in exchange for helping care for the property or as part of a reasonable paid arrangement. I've currently decided to downgrade my life to prioritize saving/investing and it has left me without access to certain amenities.
I'm not looking to take advantage of anyone or receive something for free. I'm looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement.
I'm respectful, dependable, have reliable transportation, and I'm comfortable working independently. I also have a background in information technology and sales, so I'm comfortable communicating with people, troubleshooting problems, and handling basic technology needs.
