NJGCB is a luxury residential design-build firm serving Bergen and Essex Counties, New Jersey. We specialize in luxury custom homes and high-end residential construction, providing our clients with a complete design-build experience from initial concept through final completion.
We are looking for experienced professionals who understand New Jersey residential construction and are ready to take ownership of projects both in the field and through supervision.
SITE ENGINEER
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience reading and interpreting civil drawings
Minimum 5 years of experience setting and operating a Transit
Minimum 5 years of experience with storm drainage and foundation excavation
Minimum 5 years of New Jersey residential construction experience — REQUIRED
Strong understanding of residential site work and construction
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Team player with a hands-on approach
Must be available to work weekends
Position requires both hands-on field work and supervision
PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in new residential construction
Minimum 5 years of experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects on schedule
Minimum 5 years of New Jersey residential construction experience — REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and project coordination
Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and project priorities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Team player with a hands-on approach
Must be available to work weekends
Position requires both hands-on involvement and supervision
