Good Day, I reside on the first floor of a large two-family house here in Woodland Park, NJ. There are two bedrooms available (one is mine, and the other is now available). The person that stayed there moved out of state to be closer to her family, and now the room is vacant. I'm trying to rent her room on a month-to-month basis. The great thing about the location of the house is its dead-smack in the middle of all the major entrances to the freeways/highways for travel to and from south/central NJ, PA, CT, LI, and NYC. The house is located in the residential area of Woodland Park, NJ in a very quiet, family-oriented area nearest the entrance to Rt. 80 and reachable to Rt. 46 malls/facilities such as Kohls, Barnes & Noble, Shop Rite grocery, St. Joseph Hospital, Woodland Park post office, police station, Berkeley College, William Paterson University, Macys, restaurants, etc. Washer/Dryer facility is around the corner. Utilities included except your mobile. You have your own bedroom, yet we share the rest of the house (bathroom, kitchen, backyard, living room, dining room, patio, etc.). We have our own private driveway to park our cars. Pets nor children are not permitted. As well, drugs, vapor, hookah, marijuana, medication, pills, cigarettes, cigars, and similar are absolutely NOT allowed!!!!! The room is for one and ONLY one individual only. No couples or overnight guests. The landlord is right around the corner if you need him. One month security is required with references. I pay $1800 a month, and I'm thinking of us splitting the cost. So, if you're ok with $900 on a month-to-month agreement, feel absolutely free to contact me to make an appointment to view place.
