We are Hiring SERVERS!! We are looking for 2-3 servers that are truly passionate about hospitality. Experience with GREEK or Mediteranean restaurants is a HUGE PLUS.
We included a very WIDE range in the pay, we will speak with you and work out a deal based on your experience that will BE WORTH YOUR WHILE!! We want someone that will take the reigns and do what it takes to ensure the service is top notch!
Brand new restaurant in Little Falls is seeking EXPERIENCED servers to help operate the business and provide exceptional service to the customers!!
The restaurant is EXTREMELY unique, we offer a gourmet dinner menu, but also serve breakfast and lunch, and also have a Cafe.
The dining room is small, seating only about 40-50 people. We are looking for a dynamic experienced server that has extensive experience and is passionate about what they do!
We serve desserts, ice creams, coffees, and a full gourmet menu. You must be willing to do any of it involved in ensuring the customer is always smiling! If you are not experienced at making coffee (espresso) we will train you. You must be passionate and you must ensure that everything you do is the HIGHEST QUALITY!!
No short cuts, no rushing, no attitude!! Only the best, and we are willing to PAY FOR IT!!
You must be willing to STUDY and LEARN the menu, we serve Greek/Meditteranean food, so some of the menu may be a learning curve. You MUST BE COMMITTED to studying and memorizing the menu items on your own time.
We will offer a higher base rate for certain shifts and are willing to make a deal to ensure that you are making the amount of money you need to give your all to this.
Here are the requirements:
-Five years experience working in restaurants, at least 3 years in gourmet or high end restaurants
-Be easy going, no agruing, back talking, we don't have time for that, we want SWEET PEOPLE, with a GOOD ATTITUDE and NO DRAMA. If that isn't you, don't bother, because you will be OUT THE DOOR FASTER THAN YOU CAME IN
-Be passionate about hospitality and service, this is so important
-Be a go getter, you will have a lot of side work to do, we should not have to remind you
-Be willing to work doubles and multiple shifts, we want someone that is ready to be truly dedicated to the restaurant
