FOURNOS Restaurant is looking for experienced, skilled, and dependable line cooks to join our growing Greek and Mediterranean restaurant.
We are seeking professional cooks who take pride in their work, understand the importance of food quality and consistency, and can perform efficiently in a busy restaurant kitchen.
Our menu features premium grilled meats, steaks, fresh seafood, traditional Greek specialties, and freshly prepared Mediterranean dishes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook menu items to restaurant standards
Work confidently on grill, sauté, fryer, and other cooking stations
Prepare steaks, seafood, grilled meats, and Mediterranean specialties
Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy service
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
Complete daily food preparation and station setup
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of professional restaurant line cooking experience
Strong grill, sauté, and food preparation skills
Ability to work independently and handle high-volume service
Experience preparing multiple dishes simultaneously
Dependable, punctual, organized, and hardworking
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
Greek or Mediterranean cooking experience is a plus, but not required
