We are seeking a QUALIFIED and EXPERIENCED Chef in Little Falls, NJ at a newly opened restaurant.
We posted a large salary range, it is based on experience. I am going to ask you what you would like to make weekly to give your all to the restaurant, if you are qualified, and it is fair and reasonable based on the market, we will make a deal! We are willing to pay what it takes to get an ALL STAR!
You must have 10 years experience in the kitchen, this MUST BE YOUR PASSION.
You will be cooking Greek and Mediterranean Food, it is GOURMET and you MUST TAKE PRIDE in your work.

Restaurant only seats about 50 people, it is very small, but we want to build the take out business as well, this is manageable for the right person!
Requirements:
-Easy going personality, if you are a know it all, spare us, no back talk, or arguments
-You must take pride in your work, presentation and quality is EVERYTHING
-You must be CLEAN and organized
-You must know health codes and be able to operate a small kitchen SINGLE HANDEDLY
-You must be able to INVENTORY and ORDER FOOD, we can help with ORDERING, but you must be able to take a detailed weekly inventory, evaluate what we need, and provide a list of ORDER QUANTITIES minimizing WASTE
-You must be efficient, you will be doing prep and cooking, we will have help for you, but you will be the main face of the kitchen, teh restaurant is not large, so you can manage it
-You will help us HIRE and TRAIN staff to help us
-You must be extremely dedicated to your work, be willing to work long hours, cover shifts, and make sure the restaurant is a PRIORITY at all times, in TURN, we will TAKE CARE OF YOU!!
