Custom heavy duty bed mounts from 1/4" steel angle, fully FCAW welded. 3 bolts per side that go into the factory bed tracks. Tabs with holes and stainless brackets for lights or antennas. Had a bed box on it, the notch in the angle was for the bed box J bolt to hook on.
