Hello, we are selling our 26' Surveyor travel trailer, model number SVT240BHLE. The reason we are selling is our daughter will be leaving for college next year and with everything going on, we don’t foresee too much camping summer of 2027 and after she leaves for college. The camper is in Lititz if you would like to see it in person. Everything works well, we just used it in the beginning of October, and before that trip, a new 120VAC Frigidaire refrigerator was installed to replace the faulty 12VDC unit. New battery installed Spring 2026. I did just winterize it due to the dropping temperatures at night. We purchased the camper new and have owned it ever since. When new from the factory, we added the rear hinged cargo carrier and the awning over the slide out. We pulled it with a F-150 and had no issues with it being too heavy. The main powder cord, water hose w/ filter & pressure regulator, wood chocks, and wireless Bluetooth rear view camera w/ suction mount display screen will be included. Exact length is 26' 2" and dry weight is 5,402 lbs. It is currently not PA inspected. I have the title in hand, so it is ready to go.
Extra items that can be discussed being included at extra cost:
- Portable waste water tank, only ever used for gray water
