This stunning "BOAT TAIL" MK IV 250 PURSANG is best described as "concours". I am very hesitant to use the "concours" description but this one truly is just that. The 1969 Bultaco Pursang 250cc Model 68 Mark IV along with the 360cc El Bandido boat tail are arguably the two most collectible Bultaco models ever produced. This is a true museum quality restoration to better than new condition. If you already own a "Bandido" then this would be the perfect stablemate. Was started once after restoration and was ridden a short distance on grass. 10 minutes TOTAL run time since restored.
Nubs still on Pirelli tires.
Note: All aluminum surfaces highly polished to a chrome-like sheen. This very rare beauty is in 10+ condition.
Original numbers matching. Original Akront aluminum wheels, NOS Betor rear shocks. Original expansion chamber (loud), original Amal carb and airbox.
Converted to superior electronic ignition. Freshly painted in correct colors with correct emblems and badges.
Additional Note: I am in the process of selling off my entire collection of vintage motocross motorcycles. In addition to the Pursang above, I have available the following, 1982 Bultaco Sherpa T 350cc Model 199B, 1974 CZ 250 Red Frame, 1973 Husqvarna 250cc rare "LADY BLUE" factory custom built for Edison Dye, 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross (the very model featured in "On Any Sunday" with Steve McQueen and Malcolm Smith), 1971 Husqvarna 400 Cross, 1972 Husqvarna 450 WR, 1974 Husqvarna 250 WR, 1974 Maico GP400, 1968 Sachs Cross Country 100cc with leading link front end, 1971 Yamaha RT-1 360 Enduro (SALE PENDING), 1972 Yamaha RT-2 360 Enduro (SOLD), and a 1973 Yamaha RT-3 360 Enduro.
