An ideal candidate for the crew lead position, would need to have good leadership skills, with the ability to strengthen the talents of the crew where needed. Time management skills & a good understanding of rough framing/carpentry are equally important.
An interview is required and possibly a small knowledge test would be asked to take. Year round work.
