NOLA Social in Linden, NJ is currently hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our front-of-house team.
We are looking for hospitality professionals who take service seriously ā people who are confident with guests, work with urgency, understand proper steps of service, and can handle a busy restaurant/bar environment without sacrificing the guest experience.
A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
SERVERS
Minimum 3 years of restaurant serving experience
Strong understanding of steps of service
Comfortable handling a high-volume section
Knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and spirits
Professional, personable, and attentive
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide elevated service
Strong communication and teamwork skills
BARTENDERS
Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar
Ability to make classic cocktails and follow house recipes consistently
Fast, organized, and clean behind the bar
Engaging and professional with guests
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Applicants should be reliable, polished, punctual, and genuinely hospitality-driven. Evening and weekend availability is important.
This is not an entry-level position. We are building a strong FOH team and are looking for people who already have a solid foundation in restaurant service and are ready to contribute from day one.
