THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking to add an established deck-building crew in the Lincoln, Nebraska area.
This isn’t an ad for someone who wants to learn how to build decks.
We’re looking for a crew that already works well together and can own deck projects from start to finish.
Your crew will be responsible for:
• Building deck projects from start to finish
• Maintaining Black Label Built’s quality standards
• Communicating clearly throughout each project
• Providing daily jobsite photos and videos
• Identifying and handling issues instead of letting them become bigger problems
We’ll provide the planning and communication. You bring the craftsmanship and execution.
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
Winning here is pretty straightforward.
Projects get completed on schedule without sacrificing quality.
Punch-list items get handled quickly and correctly so we reduce unnecessary callbacks.
And when something comes up on a project, we communicate early and deal with it.
YOU’D BE A GREAT FIT IF...
You take pride in building something correctly, even when nobody is standing there watching.
Your crew communicates instead of disappearing when there’s a problem.
You take responsibility for the finished product and follow through on what you said you’d do.
You care about the team around you and understand that your work affects the homeowner, the office, and everyone involved in the project.
