Black Label Built is looking to partner with experienced, established deck-building crews for premium residential deck and outdoor living projects.
We're looking for professional crews that know how to build, show up prepared, communicate, and take pride in the finished product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Your crew should have experience with:
• Residential deck construction
• Wood and composite decking
• Structural framing, footings and stairs
• Aluminum and cable railing systems
• Reading construction plans and project specifications
• Finish/detail work
• Professional jobsite organization and cleanup
Experience with TimberTech/AZEK, Westbury, CableBullet, pergolas, roof structures and higher-end outdoor living projects is a plus.
WHAT BLACK LABEL BUILT PROVIDES
You focus on building.
We handle the customer acquisition, sales, project design, plans and production coordination necessary to get the project ready for construction.
Competitive project-based compensation based on project scope, complexity and crew capability.
Our goal is to develop relationships with quality crews that want additional project opportunities without having to find and sell every project themselves.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Quality matters.
We expect our contractor crews to:
• Build according to plans and project specifications
• Maintain Black Label Built's quality standards
• Communicate progress, questions and problems
• Provide regular project photos/videos and progress documentation
• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite
• Take ownership of the work from start through completion
• Correct workmanship-related issues when necessary
No shortcuts. No disappearing halfway through a project. No "good enough."
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Crews must have:
• Proven deck/residential construction experience
• Established crew with a primary crew lead
• Necessary tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to read plans
• Professional communication
• Required contractor documentation, insurance and tax information
• Examples/photos of previous work
