✨ What You'll Be Doing:
Recruit qualified candidates for open positions
Onboard and process new employees
Interview and engage candidates throughout the hiring process
Coordinate employee assignments and workforce needs
Collaborate with community partners to develop recruiting relationships
Facilitate job fairs and recruiting events
Build strong relationships with employees, candidates, and clients
Maintain accurate employee and candidate documentation
Help our team deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience
✅ Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of staffing/recruiting experience required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a passion for helping people succeed
