Spacious gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, convection oven and pot filler over the stove. Large bedroom with 2 closets and lots of daylight. Bathroom has full sized w/d, and custom shower. Livingroom is spacious with beautiful wood accents. Large private patio area leads to unit foyer with lots of space for storage/bikes or studio/office area. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end road in the county, about 10 mins from Lynden and Bellingham and about 5 minutes from Ferndale city limits. Well behaved/quiet pets are welcome but the yard (1.5 acres) is not fenced. Pictures were taken during the remodel in 2023 and has not been vacant since but I will get more updated pictures showing the completed work soon.
Rent includes water/sewer/garbage for 1 person. Electricity/heat/internet has been $75-$150/mo for a single occupant. Maximum of 2 people and 2 pets. Background and credit check required approx $35.
