Great spacious living area on 1st floor of an old farm house with plenty of room for parking. We also installed an 18k mini split which is great for heat and air in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Unit has been updated with a radiant heat system which makes it comfortable in each room in the dead of winter. Heat is included in the rent from December 1st through March 31st.
